On Sunday, November 3, FC Desamparados faced the last day of the Apertura tournament, against Limón Black Star at the Jorge “Palmareño” Solís stadium at 1:00 p.m.
The match started with both teams looking for the result, however Limón took the lead at minute 18 of the match, the match was difficult for FC Desamparados and they were not on the field.
The first half ended and the second half began, the match was complicated and at minute 65 Limón found the second goal of the match.
The final score of the game was 2-0 for Limón Black Star, thus FC Desamparados finishes the tournament in 9th place in Group B of the Liga de Ascenso.
