On Friday, FC Desamparados visits Aserrí FC at the ST Center and kickoff is scheduled at 3:00 pm.
Based on an interview made to the under 21 player, Luis Vera, he expressed the team is completely focused for this upcoming game, “We’re focused, yet aware the position in the table we’re in, so we had a good conversation and cleared things up,” Vera said.
He continued, “I believe that helped us unite as a group and put us into perspective and focus into what we know we’re capable of.”
Vera expressed how during the tournament the team has shown they are capable to compete against anyone. However, he explained there were specific mistakes they’ve made which has put them in a bottom position.
The midfielder explained what’s the teams’ main focus at the moment, “We truly need to minimize those mistakes and maximize all the good things we have. I believe that is our greatest focus right now. We’re highly motivated because we want to prove ourselves and prove that we can do it,” Vera said.
