Futbol Consultants and the head coach Edson Soto signed a long term contract for the next four years until 2025.
Soto explained the importance of creating a solid foundation and said that “the main objective is to develop young players and adapt their playing style to a professional level”.
Currently our team is based on very young players. The team is the youngest in the tournament with an average age of only 19 years. Coach Edson works to create a program that adapts to the needs of players and creates opportunities for the players to achieve their goals.
Coach Edson has been with the team for years and has a good understanding of the team’s structure and is working on perfecting it. He emphasizes that Futbol Consultants is different for the fact that we are not constantly changing coaches, instead, we trust in the process, and work on perfecting our current model that has given us results in the last couple years.
“Our mission is to give the players the best opportunities for their current and future soccer careers. We want to support our players with the best opportunities starting from our youth environment all the way to the professional level”, said the coach.
Edson has firsthand experience at the national and international level. Because of this, he is focused on sharing knowledge and advice for the young players that come to FC to start their careers and work towards their dreams.
“We have worked hard to find a model that suits us. Now that we have it, we will stick to it,” finished Soto.
